Do you love pizza? – Why not give it a go yourself!
In search of the perfect homemade pizza I researched what many of the great masters have said on the topic and, through trial and error, have come up with the below recipe. Whilst not essential, best results will be achieved with a pizza stone (porous or glazed) or a pizza steel as these provide more direct heat to the bottom of your dough.
